CONNEKT STUDIO is a Generative AI Product Studio based in Bangladesh. We are a team of experienced
designers, developers, and product thinkers who build and launch our own AI-powered products, while also
collaborating with global startups and enterprises to bring their AI ideas to life.
From chatbots, voice agents, and LLM apps to image and video generation platforms — we specialize in
turning cutting-edge AI technologies into real-world products. Our portfolio includes successful in-house
SaaS tools and creative AI experiences that we've taken to market ourselves.
About the Role
We're looking for a resourceful, entry-level Marketing Assistant to help execute and manage marketing
tasks across our growing portfolio of AI products. You'll work directly with the founder, gaining hands-on
experience and learning how real-world startup marketing works from the inside.
This is a full-time remote role, ideal for a smart, sharp self-starter who can think creatively and
execute consistently. You should be comfortable juggling both repetitive and creative tasks, and you must
have excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities
- Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and newsletters
- Draft engaging captions, email copy, and short-form content in our brand voice
- Prepare marketing assets and content calendars for upcoming product launches
- Coordinate with the design/dev team to collect and organize creative materials
- Help maintain content trackers, campaign checklists, and internal docs (Google Sheets/Docs)
- Conduct outreach to influencers, partners, and blogs; manage follow-ups
- Support basic community engagement by replying to social comments or messages
- Track campaign performance metrics and collect insights from analytics tools
- Assist with basic visuals or marketing materials using Canva or templates
- Organize and archive user feedback, testimonials, and user stories
- Research competitors, trends, and share weekly inspiration or insights
Who You Are
- Excellent command of English — both written and spoken (this is a must)
- Strong writing, copywriting, and storytelling instincts
- Comfortable using Google Docs and Sheets (required)
- Familiar with Canva or similar design tools (bonus)
- Organized, proactive, and excited about growing in a startup environment
- Able to work independently and communicate clearly
- Open to learning fast and taking feedback
- Bonus: Experience or interest in AI, SaaS, or startups

Salary
Upto 25,000 BDT / month — negotiable based on skill and past impact
